TERMS OF SERVICE:

Dimensity Web Enterprises provides cost efficient reliable webhosting to users around the world, and we have the responsibility to protect every one of our clients and to be fair and provide the best services to them. Any client registered with Dimensity Web Hosting is subject the the terms that follow:

All hosting plans include a full 30 day money-back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service Dimensity has to offer you will receive a full refund if you cancel within 30 days of registration. Any account terminated by Dimensity Web Enterprises for violating the terms of use does not qualify for the refund.

All Packages Include 99% uptime guarantee. But guarantee credit does not cover server hardware failures, Scheduled downtime, Network Outages, or Personal or local internet issues. If you believe your site has fallen below 99% uptime (end of month average) please contact us and we will investigate, and if proven true we will fully refund you for that months of service.

ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY:
All services provided by Dimensity Web Enterprises may be used for lawful purposes only. Storage, transmission, or linking to any data, information, or content in violation of any State, Provincial, City, or National law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Dimensity Web Enterprises and its employees from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party. Our acceptable use policy is actively and strictly enforced. Offending content or users are suspended from our network, usually as soon as they are discovered, although we will always inform you when and why any action has been taken. Pornography is prohibited on all Dimensity servers This includes sites that include sexually explicit or hardcore images and/or advertising. If you think your site may violate our Terms Of Service, please ask us before signing up for an account so that we may determine if we can host your site. We reserve the right to determine what is and what isn't acceptable for our servers.

The majority of content on your web site must be in English, French, Portuguese, Italian, Spanish, German, or Dutch.

Multimedia files may not exceed 70% of your total web space. IRC bots may not be operated on our servers.

Violations of system or network security are prohibited and may result in criminal and civil liability. Examples include but are not limited to the following: unauthorized access, use, probing, or scanning of systems security or authentication measures, data, or traffic; interference with service to any user, host, or network including, without limitation, mail bombing, flooding, large mailing lists, deliberate attempts to overload a system, broadcast attacks; forging of any TCP-IP packet header or any part of the header information in an email or a newsgroup posting.

Subscriber acknowledges that the service provided is of such a nature that service can be interrupted for many reasons other than the negligence of the company and that damages resulting from any interruption of service are difficult to ascertain. Therefore, subscriber agrees that the company shall not be liable for any damages arising from such causes beyond the direct and exclusive control of the company. Subscriber further acknowledges that the company's liability for its own negligence may not in any event exceed an amount equivalent to charges payable by subscriber for services during the period damages occurred. In no event shall the company be liable for any special or consequential damages, loss or injury.

Responsibility for Content:
You, as Dimensity.net's customer, are solely responsible for the content stored on and served by your Dimensity.net server. Any content related to hacking, cracking, or IRC is not allowed. Copyrighted audio and video downloads will not be hosted on our servers. Accounts suspended due to content or AUP violation are not refunded under any circumstances.

Distribution of Viruses: Intentional distributions of software that attempts to and/or causes damage, harassment, or annoyance to persons, data, and/or computer systems are prohibited. Such an offense will result in the immediate termination of the offending account.

SUPPORT SERVICES :
We do not give support for third-party software including but not limited to: phpBB, PostNuke, PHP-Nuke, InvisionBoard, Xoops, pMachine, and any other third party scripts. Please visit the respective website for support or questions. We do not give support for website design and programming codes.

DISCLAIMER:
Dimensity Web Enterprises cannot be held liable for system downtime, crashes, or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicted estimate of profits in which a client would have gained if their site was functioning. Dimensity Web Enterprises holds no responsibility for the use of our clients accounts. If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed, the account in question will be automatically deactivated. We reserve the right to remove any account without advanced notice for any reason without restitution as Dimensity sees fit. FURTHERMORE, Dimensity retains the right to change any or all of the above Policies, Guidelines, and Disclaimer without notification.

Denial of Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason of which we believe may cause harm or inconvenience to Dimensity.net and/or its servers, any of our employees, or any of our clients.

Requests for canceling accounts may be made in writing with at least 30 days notice but not more than 60 days prior written notice and sent to
